L-精氨酸对大鼠创伤性面瘫的恢复及面神经核内一氧化氮合酶表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究一氧化氮前体L-精氨酸对大鼠创伤性面瘫恢复的影响及面神经核内组成型、诱导型一氧化氮合酶表达的变化.方法:通过大鼠面瘫后腹膜内小剂量给予L-精氨酸,在伤后各个时间点上观察面瘫的恢复、并采用兔抗大鼠NOS抗血清免疫组织化学ABC法对面神经核内NOS阳性神经元的变化进行研究.结果:L-精氨酸慢性干预组面瘫的恢复较实验对照组迅速,其面神经核内组成型一氧化氮合酶的免疫反应性增强,但诱导型一氧化氮合酶免疫反应性与实验对照组相比无明显差别.结论:L-精氨酸慢性干预可使面神经核内组成型一氧化氮合酶表达增强,并促进创伤性面瘫的恢复. AIM: To study the effects of NO precursor Larginine on the recovery of traumatic facial paralysis in rats and the changes of constitutive NOS/inducible NOS in the facial nucleus. METHODS: A small dose of Larginine was intraperitoneally injected into rats with facial paralysis, and the recovery of facial paralysis was observed at different time point. Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to study the changes of NOS positive neurons in facial nucleus. RESULTS:Z The recovery of facial paralysis in Larginine chronic treatment group was faster than that in the experimental control group and the constitutive NOS immunoreactivity was intensive in facial nucleus, but the inducible NOS immunoreactivity had no apparent difference in comparison with the experimental control group. CONCLUSION: Larginine chronic treatment can increase the constitutive NOS expression in facial nucleus and promote the recovery of traumatic facial paralysis.
