摘要
采用熔融共混工艺制备了聚丙烯(PP)/生物质灰复合材料,考察了生物质灰用量、偶联剂处理和马来酸酐接枝PP增容剂(PP-g-MAH)对复合材料力学性能的影响。研究发现,生物质灰用量为20份时,复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度较纯PP的性能有所提高;偶联剂KH550用量为生物质灰用量的1%时效果较好;PP-g-MAH增容剂对复合材料的增容效果明显,使材料的力学性能提高。
PP/biomass ash composites are prepared by conventional melt blending. The effects of biomass ash loading, the addition of silane coupling agent and PP-g-MAH compatibilizer on the mechanical properties are investigated. The results show that better mechanical properties (higher tensile strength, higher impact strength) can be achieved as the loading of bihnass ash is 20 phr; the addition of 1% silane eoupiing agent KH550 in biomass ash make the composites have good mechanical properties; the compatibilizer PP-g-MAH can improve mechanical properties of composites as the content increases.
