摘要
研究了藻胆蛋白对果蝇性活力及繁殖能力的影响.以普通培养基为对照组,以在普通培养基里分别加入藻胆蛋白制成的浓度为0.25%、0.50%和1.00%的藻胆蛋白P1和藻胆蛋白P2为实验组,观察果蝇交配率、子代雌雄果蝇数目及体重的变化.结果表明,不同浓度的藻胆蛋白使果蝇交配率由8.9%上升到13.3%~31.1%,同时果蝇子代数较对照组增加了49.5%~77.7%,说明藻胆蛋白能提高果蝇的性活力和繁殖能力(P〈0.05).
Effect of phycobiliprotein on sexual vitality and fecundity of Drosophila melanogaster was studied in this paper.The changes of the mating rate of parent,sex ratio and weight of filial generation were observed through the comparison between test culture medium and control.The test culture medium was the control culture medium complemented with the different percent of phycobiliprotein P1 and P2 as 0.25%,0.50% and 1.00% respectively.The results showed that the sexual vitality of test group of Drosophila melanogaster was enhanced,with the mating rate being 13.3%-31.1%,comparing with that of control group(8.9%).The quantity of F1 increased from 49.5% to 77.7%,which indicated that the fecundity of Drosophila melanogaster was increased significantly.It was concluded that there were significant differences of male-female proportion compared to the control group.
