能源矛盾突出的当今,人类努力寻找其可再生的替代能源,因林业生物质能源表现出诸多优势,被国际公认为未来最有希望的替代能源之一。中国政府已把可再生能源开发利用作为推动经济社会发展的战略举措。笔者通过观察国际、国内能源背景和发展态势,分析生物质能源的巨大潜力和优势,纵观国家发展林业生物质能源的重大举措,对林业在新能源形势下巨大发展机遇进行探讨,供同行参考。

Nowadays the energy conflict is conspicuous,the mankind makes great efforts to look for the renewable alternative energy sources.The biomass energy of forestry is recognized as one of the most hopeful alternative energy sources in the future because it demonstrates a great deal of advantages.The Chinese government has already regarded exploiting the renewable energy as the strategic action which propels the society forward.I discern out the enormous development opportunities that the forestry brings under the new energy situation by observing the international,domestic energy background and developing state,analyzing the enormous potentiality and advantages of the biomass energy and reviewing the great actions that the country develops the biomass energy of forestry.
