试论高校图书馆内部管理沟通体系的构建

Discussing the Construction of Internal Management Communication System in Academic Library

管理沟通是高校图书馆管理的重要内容,涉及内部沟通环境、沟通主体、沟通媒介与渠道、沟通障碍等问题。通过从人力资源管理职能的角度对高校图书馆组织内部沟通体系进行的分析可知,高校图书馆内部管理沟通体系的构成要素主要包括:信息管理系统;协作系统;评估系统。三个子系统在一定的沟通氛围和组织文化背景下互相依赖、互相协作,共同促进图书馆内部管理沟通的有效性。

Management communication plays a very important role in academic library management.It involves internal communication environment,communication subject,communication media and channel,communication barriers and so on.From the viewpoint of human resources management,the components of academic library internal communication system should include the following aspects： information management system,cooperation system,and evaluation system.The three sub-systems,supported by certain organizational structure,culture and sub-culture,are working together to promote the academic library internal communication process more efficient and smooth.
