压电双晶片式惯性冲击电机的驱动研究 被引量:3

摘要 相比其他类型的惯性冲击电机而言,压电双晶片式惯性冲击电机在体积、驱动电压和成本上有许多优势。在分析了惯性冲击电机的工作原理基础上,采用等效电路和电路分析方法论证了在较高的驱动频率下方波驱动压电双晶片式惯性冲击电机的可行性,采用模块化思路设计了与之相对应的驱动电路,驱动电路工作电压低,容易实现,制作出一种压电双晶片式惯性冲击直线电机。实验结果验证了方波驱动电路的驱动效果,表明电机运行速度随驱动电压增大而增加,电机存在最优驱动频率和最佳占空比。 Compared with other types of impact drive mechanism,piezoelectric bimorph impact drive mechanism has many advantages in terms of size,voltage and cost.Based on the principle of the impact drive mechanism,the feasibility of using rectangular wave as drive signal was demonstrated by the method of circuit analysis,and a modular drive circuit generating rectangular wave signal was designed.A piezoelectric bimorph impact drive mechanism was made.Experimental results show that the motor can be drived with the circuit,that its velocity increases with the increasing of the applied voltage,and that the optimal driving frequency and duty cycle exist.
