摘要
建立了外转子无刷直流永磁电动机的二维和三维有限元模型,计算了电机的磁场分布、电密分布、起动转矩;得到不同工况下相关参数的分布图形和运行曲线。分析了磁路和尺寸设计对电机效率及其它性能的影响,为电机的进一步优化提供了理论根据和基础。最后制作一台实际样机验证方法的可行和可靠性。
Two-dimensional and three-dimensional finite element models were established in this paper,and the magnetic field distribution,current density distribution,starting torque were calculated.Figures and curves in different running states were obtained.The analysis of the impact of magnetic circuit and size design on motor efficiency and other parameters provides theoretical references and foundation for further optimization.Finally a prototype was made to verify the feasibility and reliability of this method.
