摘要
齿槽转矩是由永磁体磁场与磁槽之间的相互作用而产生的,它会引起转矩脉动,甚至可能发生与电机共振的现象。由于影响齿槽转矩的因素很多,如齿槽的数量、齿槽形状以及磁钢的极弧系数等,因此很难分析齿槽转矩。利用麦克斯韦张量法来分析齿槽转矩,简单明了,从而可以定性地认识齿槽转矩,为电机设计提供理论参考。
Cogging torque is produced by the effect of the tooth-slot and the permanent magnet and inducing vibration and possible resonance.Because of the complexity in the analysis of cogging torque which is related to many aspects,such as the number of poles and tooth,poles-arc,kinds of slot,it is difficult to analyze the cogging torque,which,however,is important in motor design.The method of Maxwell Tensor which can understand easily in the PM motor was described to analyze the cogging torque and motor design.
