摘要
针对RC深度滤波以及电路器件对无刷直流电动机反电动势位置检测的影响,依据滤波电路的相频特性计算曲线,结合不同反电势频率下位置信号移相角的实测值,采用曲线拟合的办法,获得了更为精确和简单的移相角计算公式,节省了CPU资源,为实现在全频段的准确换相提供了条件。在此基础上,针对实际控制系统要求换相角可控的情况,提出了频率跟踪相位差可控的无刷直流电动机换相角控制,实现了换相频率的跟踪和换相角的超前、滞后控制,最后,通过实验证实电机在全频段上实现准确换相控制。
RC deep filter circuit and electronic device may influence the measurement accuracy of position detection based on back EMF.According to amplitude frequency response characteristics,phase frequency response characteristics and phase shift angle by measuring,the formula of the phase shift angle was obtained by the curve fitting method to commutate on accurate time and to save CPU memory.The control of brushless DC motor phase change angle with synchronous frequency and the ability of accommodating phase angle error were developed to trace frequency and to realize lead-lag control.Experimental results confirm that the commutation of the brushless DC motor can be controlled precisely in all frequency ranges.
