奥氮平对老年痴呆患者精神行为症状的疗效观察

Effectiveness of olanzapine on psychiatric symptoms of senile dementia

目的探讨奥氮平治疗老年痴呆患者精神行为症状(BPSD)的疗效和安全性。方法对42例伴BPSD的老年痴呆患者给氮平治疗6周,采用简易智能状态检查(MMSE)、痴呆病理行为评定量表(BEHAVE-AD)、药物副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及安全性。结果奥氮平治疗有效率为81.0%,无严重的不良反应。结论奥氮平治疗老年痴呆患者精神行为症状安全有效。

Objective To explore the curative effects and side effects of olanzapine on the behavioral and psychiatric symptoms of senile dementia.Methods A total of 42 senile dementia patients with psychiatric symptoms were included and treated with olanzapine for 6 weeks.MMSE,BEHAVE-AD,and TESS were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects respectively.Results The effective rate of olanzapine was 81.0%.Twenty-two patients improved obviously,12 patients improved,and 8 patients had little change,and there were no severe side-effects in the research group. Conclusions Olanzapine is a safe and effective drug in the treatment of behavioral and psychiatric symptoms of senile dementia.
