摘要
锂离子电池电气性能的测试参数多、精度要求高,传统的手动测试和现在的电池生产厂家的多级结构测试系统都不能满足实验室测试的要求。设计出一套基于虚拟仪器的锂离子电池自动测试系统,通过RS232通信协议控制程控电源和电子负载,使其满足测试条件,同时用USB数据采集器实时对原始数据采集,并通过软件滤波技术和数学算法进行数据处理,得出测试结果。设计中运用了LabWindows/CVI开发环境,由于其提供了丰富的接口函数,使得软件开发周期大为缩短。
Because of more parameters and high testing precision of electric performance about lithium ion battery,manual test and multilevel test system which fits manufactory of battery can not satisfy the need of laboratory test.An auto test system for lithium ion battery based on virtual instrument is designed.It controls power supply and electronic load by communication protocol of RS232,and makes battery fulfill the test condition.In addition,USB DAQ acquires data in real time,and PC processes data by software filter and algorithms and gives result of test.The system uses the tool of LabWindows/CVI,which gives many interface functions and makes the period of software development shorter.
