摘要
目的探讨动态CT在脑血流灌注定量研究中的应用。方法共13例患者行CT检查,其中男7例、女6例,年龄24~51岁,平均32岁。患者左臂举起与头部平行,先进行普通平扫,然后选定侧脑室上部层面做快速注药后的动态CT检查,对比剂为优维显300(Ultravist300,碘含量300mg/ml),注射速度4ml/s,剂量50ml,经高压注射器注射的同时进行扫描,扫描速度1层/秒;扫描条件:120kV,300mA,共扫描40层。后处理后获得该层面及位于同水平的肘动脉层面的一系列重建图像。分别利用脑组织及肘动脉的时间密度曲线,计算正常脑灰白质的血流灌注量。结果正常脑灰质血流灌注量为593~968ml·min-1·100g-1,平均762ml·min-1·100g-1,标准差为1040ml·min-1·100g-1;正常脑白质灌注量为271~431ml·min-1·100g-1,平均339ml·min-1·100g-1,标准差为503ml·min-1·100g-1。与普遍应用的单光子发射体层成像(singlephotonemisioncomputedtomography,SPECT)的检测结果无明显差异。?
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of dynamic computed tomography for quantifying cerebral tissue perfusion. Methods By applying a nuclear medicine data processing technique to the timedensity data obtained from dynamic CT, cerebral tissue perfusion was performed in 13 cases, 7 males and 6 females, ranging in age from 24 to 51 , and mean age 32 years old. The values were compared with those obtained by SPECT, which is the standard of reference. WT5HZResults Normal cerebral cortical perfusion was 59.396.8 mlmin-1100 g-1, with mean value of 76.2 mlmin-1100 g-1,and the SD was 10.40 mlmin-1100 g-1, normal white matter perfusion was 27.143.1 mlmin-1100 g-1,with mean value of 33.9 mlmin-1100 g-1,and the SD was 5.03 mlmin-1100 g-1. there was no obvious difference between the values of dynamic CT and SPECT. HZConclusions Dynamic CT provides quatitative information about cerebral blood flow and is an applicable method for tissue perfusion.
