摘要
分析科技学术期刊审稿人的选择和外审中的情况,提出选择审稿人和外审中要注意的细节问题,并给出建议。
Questions in selecting reviewers of scientific journals and commission refereeing are presented and analyzed,details about reviewer selection and commission refereeing which need to be paid attention to are pointed out.Based on the analysis,the author gives suggestions to resolve those questions.
