应用有限单元法和优化设计理论,对某铸造起重机吊钩设计参数进行大量的数据分析研究,探索了这种双钩型吊钩设计参数与结构力学特性,以及吊钩工作时设计参数与吊钩应力分布规律的关系,从而达到优化设计,减少重量的目的。

In this paper,we used finite element method and optimization design to do a lot of data analysis on design parameters of crane hook.Also we discussed design parameters and structural mechanics characteristics,analyzed design parameters while working and distribution rule of hook stress in order to achieve optimal design and reduce weight.
