摘要
本文阐述了最近几十年来摩擦材料的发展历程,通过对以往摩擦材料的更新换代,可以看出,随着汽车工业的迅速发展,以往的制动摩擦材料已不能满足人们的需求。通过最近几种新型增强材料的问世,着重讲述了其中的一种新型材料—晶须,发现其中的硫酸钙晶须(CaSO4)能够增强摩擦材料的摩擦系数和摩擦系数稳定性,六钛酸钾晶须(K2O?6TiO2)能够增强摩擦材料的抗磨损能力,两者混杂增强可以同时增强摩擦材料的摩擦系数、摩擦系数稳定性和抗磨损能力。
This paper describes the most recent decades of friction material development process,through the replacement of previous friction material can be seen,with the rapid development of automobile industry,the previous friction materials can not meet the demand of the people.By the recent advent of several new types of reinforcing material and highlighted where a new type of material-whiskers and found that calcium sulfate whisker(CaSO4) can enhance the friction material of the friction coefficient and friction coefficient of stability,while potassium titanate whiskers(K2O?6TiO2) can enhance the wear resistance of friction materials.So the mixture can also increase the friction coefficient of friction,the stability of friction coefficient and resistance to abrasion.
