葡萄糖转运蛋白-1及缺氧诱导因子-1α在慢性乙型重型肝炎患者肝组织中表达研究 被引量:1

摘要 慢性重型肝炎是发生在慢性肝病基础上的大块或亚大块肝实质坏死,导致肝功能衰竭,病死率高。在我国85%以上的肝衰竭是由HBV感染引起[1]。范春蕾等[2]报道慢性重型肝炎患者存在糖氧化利用障碍。GLUT-1是在许多细胞中广泛表达的葡萄糖转运蛋白,在肝脏亦有表达,在哺乳动物细胞处于代谢压力的情况下,通过GLUT-1摄入的葡萄糖将会急剧增加。
