不同β-胡萝卜素水平对奶牛产奶性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过在奶牛日粮中补充β-胡萝卜素制剂,探讨不同添加量对舍饲奶牛的产奶量和乳品质的影响。试验牛选用年龄、体重、营养状况相近,胎次为头胎、泌乳200d左右的健康荷斯坦奶牛32头,采用完全随机区组设计,分为4组,I组为对照组(基础日粮),II组(基础日粮+300mg/dβ-胡萝卜素)、III组(基础日粮+600mg/dβ-胡萝卜素)、IV组(基础日粮+900mg/dβ-胡萝卜素)为试验组。研究结果显示,奶牛在添加β-胡萝卜素后能够提高产奶量,IV组的产奶量比对照组I提高了11.03%(P<0.05),III、IV组的乳脂率分别比对照组增加了6.34%和9.36%(P<0.01),IV组的乳蛋白含量比对照组增加了2.05%(P<0.05),乳糖含量各处理组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。 The effect of adding Different dosage of β-carotene on milk yeild and milk quality of the dairy cow rearing in confinement was studied by adding β-carotene preparation in the ration of dairy cow,32 Health Holstein dairy cow which were similar in the age,weight,parity(first parity),nutritional status,milking periog(around 200 days)were used to conduct the test and divided into four groups by randomized blocks design.The group I was control group(basal ration),the group II(adding β-carotene 300mg/d in basal ration),the group III(adding β-carotene 600mg/d in basal ration)and the group Ⅳ(adding β-carotene 900mg/d in basal ration)were the treatment groups.The results showed that the milk yeild of dairy cow increased by adding β-carotene and the milk yeild of dairg cow in the group Ⅳincreased11.03% than that in the control group(P〈0.05),The milk fat percentage of dairy cow in the groups Ⅲ and Ⅳincreasal 6.34% and 9.36% than that in the contol group(P〈0.01).The content of lactoprotein of dairy cow in the group Ⅳ increased 2.05% than that in the control group(P〈0.05),There was not significant differency among four groups in the content of lactose(P〉0.05).
