山西电网节能调度策略探讨

Discussion on Energy-saving Dispatching Policy for Shanxi Electric Power Grid

针对山西电网的发展现状及网内机组类型多、空冷机组比重大等特点,指出了开展节能调度策略研究的必要性,分析了节能调度对山西电网调度次序所带来的变化,探讨了采取编制节能调度排序计划表、合理优化电厂运行组合、利用在线监测系统实时跟踪电厂运行以及开展电源点分布建模研究等节能调度的对策方案。

In terms of the status quo of Shanxi Grid with air-cooling units occupying large percentage,this paper points out the necessity of carrying out the research on energy-saving dispatching strategies,analyses the changes of dispatching priorities brought about by energy-saving dispatching,and discusses some programs on energy-saving dispatching,such as implementing scheduling order to the preparation of energy-saving schedule,optimizing the combination of power plant operation,using on-line monitoring system and building the distribution mode of power point,etc..
