摘要
高尿酸血症是否为冠心病的独立危险因素？高尿酸血症是否直接和冠心病预后相关？降尿酸治疗可否降低心血管事件？早期的研究对高尿酸血症和心血管疾病预后的相关性存有争论，近年的多项研究认为两者明显相关。
