高密度脂蛋白修饰后功能障碍与动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:1

摘要 高密度脂蛋白(HDL)是血浆中具有抗动脉粥样硬化(atherosclemsis,AS)作用的脂蛋白,主要生理功能是介导胆固醇的逆向转运。此外,还具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗血栓形成和保护内皮等功能。然而,近年大量研究表明,体内的HDL可被修饰,导致其功能障碍。冠心病、糖尿病、全身性炎症、高饱和脂肪酸饮食与HDL修饰相关。修饰后的HDL抗AS作用减弱,还通过多种途径加速AS的发生和发展。现就HDL的修饰机制和修饰后结构、功能的改变进行综述。
