唐钢第二钢轧厂运用"学习型组织"管理建立了管理有序、考核有效的管理机制,保证了生产经营的稳步发展,2009年钢产量增加了45.45万t,总成本比目标成本降低了3 227.84万元,实现了自身跨越式发展。
With "organization of learning type",we build a mechanism: ordered management,effective examination,which guarantees a steady development of production and market-and-sales.Our output of steel in 2009 increased by 454.5 thousand tons,total cost was reduced by 32.2784 million yuns.
