妊娠期高血压综合征患者β-HCG与AFP关系的研究

目的：探讨妊娠期高血压综合征（PIH）患者HCG与AFP的关系,为预测PIH提供依据。方法：选择2006年1月~2009年1月在我院做产科检查并分娩的孕28~40周单胎妊娠孕妇90例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：重度PIH组血β-HCG与AFP水平升高,且两者呈正相关,相关系数r=＋0.5315,P〈0.01;而正常妊娠组、轻中度PIH组β-HCG与AFP变化无显著相关性（P〉0.05）。结论：PIH时,血清β-HCG与AFP均异常升高,说明病情更加严重,应引起临床重视。

Objective：Patients with gestational hypertension syndrome HCG and AFP relationship,provide abasis for predicting PIH.Methods：Select pregnant women 28 to 40 weeks 90 patients examination in our hospital doing obstetrics and delivery in January 2006～January 2009.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Severe PIH group of blood HCG and AFP levels increased,and both were positively correlated.Conclusion： coefficient r=＋0.5315,P0.01;The nomal pregnancy group,mild to moderate PIE group of HCG and AFP was no significant correlation between changes in（P0.05）.Discuss PIH,the serum HCG and AFP were abnormal increased,indicating more serious illness,should be paid attention.
