摘要
针对枯水期内河航道拥堵、船舶搁浅等碍航事故开展研究,探讨如何利用信息技术高效地管理内河碍航事故,分析内河碍航事故管理智能决策支持系统的功能,提出系统基本框架,对系统的模型库、知识库、数据库、人机交互界面进行设计,并给出系统工作流程。
This paper discusses how to use the intelligent decision support system(IDSS) in inland river incident management to solve the problem of inland river navigation jam and ship grounding,analyzes the functions of this system,and puts forward the system frame.It also designs the model base,knowledge base,data base and interactive system,and discusses the work flow of the system.
