摘要
对外高桥造船有限公司船坞工程的锚拉式板桩坞壁结构监测成果进行分析研究,发现坞壁位移的主要原因是施工期墙前土体的蠕变变形。根据分析研究结果,在#2船坞接长改造工程中,采用了设置临时钢支撑、改进锚碇结构等措施,有效地减少坞壁位移,同时使锚碇施工工序不影响坞室开挖工序,提高了效率,保证了施工质量,达到了预期目标。设置临时钢支撑限制坞壁位移的方法在船坞工程中首次使用,为同类工程设计积累了经验。
The analysis and study of the anchored sheet pile retaining wall of the Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co.dock engineering show that the creep deformation in front of the wall during construction is the major cause of the dock wall displacement.According to the results,several improved methods were taken in the expansion project of 2nd dock,including temporarily setting steel support,improving the anchored structure design,etc.,so that the dock wall displacement was effectively reduced and the dock excavation process was not influenced by the anchorage construction process.The method of temporarily setting steel support to reduce the dock wall displacement was firstly used in the dock project and it has accumulated significant experience for the similar projects design.
