摘要
沉箱模板是沉箱预制质量的保证,而制作过程中的焊接变形严重影响模板质量。通过分析沉箱模板焊接变形存在的形式及其成因,制定了相应的控制措施,总结了实践经验数据,最大程度地减小了焊接变形,保证了沉箱预制质量。
The caisson template is essential for guaranteeing the quality of caisson prefabrication.The welding deformation influences seriously the quality of caisson template in the process of production.By analyzing the form of welding deformation and the causes,we took relevant controlling measures and summarized the practical data,and thus reduced the welding deformation to the greatest extent and guaranteed the caisson prefabrication quality.
