摘要
为了探索三子加明汤对青光眼损伤的兔视网膜保护作用机理，用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶（ＮＡＤＰＨ－ｄ）组织化学方法测定了兔视网膜含一氧化氮合酶（ＮＯＳ）阳性神经细胞的数目。结果发现治疗组的ＮＯＳ阳性神经细胞明显多于模型组。
The mechanism of Sanzijiaming Decoction in protecting rabbit retina damaged by glaucoma was studied.The number of NOS positive neuronal cells was determined with the method of NADPH-d histochemistry.The results showed that the NOS positive neuronal cells of treated group were obviously more than those of control group and the mechanism probably was that the rabbit retina NO was protected.
