皖南地区烟叶主要物理特性的分析

Analysis on Major Physical Characteristics of Tobacco Leaves in Southern Anhui Province

为了掌握皖南地区各烟区的烟叶物理特性,技术人员对2008年皖南优质烟叶的平衡含水率、烟叶厚度、烟叶含梗率、单位面积重量和体积密度等物理性能进行了一系列检测和实验,运用EXCEL、SPSS等软件对数据进行处理和统计分析,分析了不同地点和等级间烟叶物理性状的差异。结果显示,部位等级的不同会对平衡含水率、厚度、体积密度、单位面积重量产生显著影响,有些指标甚至达到极显著差异水平;而地点的变化也会对体积密度和烟叶含梗率产生显著性影响。该研究为改进皖南地区的烟叶生产技术及优化打叶复烤、卷烟企业制丝生产线工艺参数提供了理论依据。

In order to clarify physical properties of tobacco leaf the various tobacco growing areas in Southern Anhui Province,we made some tests on the equilibrium moisture content,tobacco leaf thickness,the rate of leaf stalk,weight per unit area and bulk density of some high-quality tobacco leaf produced in 2008.The difference of the tobacco physical properties between different locations and grades were analyzed by using EXCEL,SPSS and other software for data processing and statistical analysis.The results show equilibrium moisture content,thickness,bulk density,weight per unit area can be greatly impacted by the different grades,and some indicators even reached a very significant difference;and location changes can have a significant impact on the bulk density and the rate of leaf stalk.The research provides theoretical reference to improving the tobacco production technology,optimization of tobacco process technology and cigarettes production process parameters in Southern Anhui Province.
