以工程能力培养为导向的桥梁工程教学改革

Teaching Reform of Bridge Engineering Based on Engineering Competence

工程能力是工程师最重要、最基本的素质之一,也是高等院校工程教育的薄弱环节。高等工程教育必须着力培养学生的工程能力。文中首先阐述了现代工程能力的内涵,分析了CDIO工程教育理念,在此基础上,从多方面探讨和提出了基于工程能力培养的桥梁工程课程教学改革的途径和方法,可以对国内高校其他类似课程或专业的教学提供一些参考和借鉴。

Engineering competence is one of the essential qualities of the engineer,yet the development of students＇ engineering competence remains a weak point in university engineering education.It is maintained that engineering higher education should strive to upgrade the students＇ engineering competence.The connotation of modern engineering sense is firstly presented in this paper,CDIO engineering education initiative is analyzed,and on this condition,the teaching reform approach and way of bridge engineering course based on engineering competence is advanced and discussed,which can be used for reference by other similarity course or specialty.
