摘要
教育部倡导高等职业教育走"校企合作、顶岗实习"的人才培养新模式。文中初步阐述了广东交通职业技术学院投资理专业"以赛代训"的人才培养模式具体要求、运作模式及措施。
The Ministry of Education,advocates of higher vocational education to the ＂shool-enterprise cooperation,Ding Gang internship＂ talent to develop new models.This paper describes the made of ＂Matching instead of traiing＂ of Finance and Investment Professional,puts up the specific requirements and measures.
