大众文化具有大众性、文化性和两重性等重要特性。大众文化的发展为高校思想政治理论教育的改革与创新带来新的机遇和挑战,一方面,大众文化为高校思想政治理论教育注入了生机和活力,提供了更广的平台;另一方面,又在质疑思想政治理论教育的权威性、动摇其主导性及冲击其实效性。在大众文化影响下,高校思想政治理论教育必须创新,实现自我超越,树立思想政治理论教育新理念,凝练思想政治理论教育新内容,构建思想政治理论教育新模式。

Popular culture is featured with popularity, culture and duality. It provides both opportunities and challenges for ideological and theoretical education in colleges and universities. While it brings a fresh air into ideological and theoretical education; it has impaired its effectiveness. To meet such kind challenge and opportunities, we need to renew the concept create new materials and establish new mode of ideological and theoretical education.
