摘要
在现代制造业中,零件的质量检测是制造活动中不可或缺的重要部分。随着数控机床的发展和普及,基于数控设备的在线检测变得越来越重要。在对数控设备在线检测可行性分析的基础上,提出了一种基于CAD模型面向规则特征的在线检测技术。通过探讨测点的分布、法矢的计算、路径的设计和公差的计算,提出了其直线度和圆度的检测方法,并以圆度误差为例,规划了其在线检测的操作流程。
Quality inspection of parts is an indispensable process in modem manufacturing. With the development and popularization of CNC machine tools, CNC equipment on-line detection is becoming increasingly important. Based on the feasibility of CNC equipment, a online testing technology based on CAD model is introduced. The paper discusses distributing of measurement points, addresses calculation of normal vector and path of design and tolerances calculation, then proposes a detection method for straightness and roundness. Finally, taking the detection of roundness error for example, the line of online inspection is planned.
