响应面法优化荸荠皮总黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:8

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Eleocharis Tuberose Peel with the Response Surface Analysis Method

摘要 采用Box-Benhnken设计并结合响应面分析法对荸荠皮总黄酮的提取工艺进行了优化,建立了影响因素与总黄酮提取量之间的函数关系。确定荸荠皮总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:乙醇体积分数33.9%、提取温度56.8℃、固液比1∶21.7(g∶mL)、提取时间90 min。验证实验结果表明,荸荠皮总黄酮提取量平均达12.50 mg.mL-1,且重现性好,表明Box-Benhnken设计结合响应面分析法可以很好地对荸荠皮总黄酮提取工艺进行优化。 Based on Box-Benhnken design combined with the response surface analysis method(RSA),optimization of extraction technology of total flavonoids from Eleocharis tuberose peel was studied in this paper.And then,functional relationship between factors affecting the extraction and the extraction amount of total flavonoids was established.According to the RSA,the best conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol volume fraction of 33.9%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶21.7,extraction temperature of 56.8℃,extraction time of 90 min.The verification test results showed that extraction amount of total flavonoids from Eleocharis tuberose peel was 12.50 mg·mL^-1,indicating that the Box-Benhnken design combined with the RSA method could be very good for extraction technology optimization of total flavonoids from Eleocharis tuberose peel.
