摘要
以紫玉米穗轴为原料,采用热水浸提法、直接酸解法、超声波辅助法和微波辅助法提取紫玉米花青素。结果表明,热水浸提法、直接酸解法、超声波辅助法和微波辅助法提取紫玉米花青素得率分别为7.85%、12.17%、18.42%、16.78%。与传统热水浸提法相比,超声波辅助法和微波辅助法提取紫玉米花青素具有快速、节能、高效等优点。
With purple maize cob as the raw material,the extraction technology of anthocyan was studied by hot water extraction,direct acidolysis extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction.Results showed that the yield of anthocyan by hot water extraction,direct acidolysis extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction was 7.85%,12.17%,18.42%,16.78%,respectively.Compared with conventional extraction methods,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction had the advantages of saving energy,rapidity and high efficiency.
