摘要
针对芳烃联合装置中的C_8芳烃异构化催化剂及工艺技术,重点从催化剂类型的选择、苛刻工况条件下的应对策略、运行工艺参数的优化调整、工艺组合的技术效果等方面进行了分析和讨论,旨在完善以催化剂为核心的C_8芳烃异构化单元技术在芳烃联合装置操作中的应用方法。通过阐述各种工况条件下C_8芳烃异构化催化剂的活性、选择性、稳定性与工艺参数控制和应用技术效果之间的关系,进一步明确了实际应用过程中的调整方向,并针对性地提出了优化节能措施和建议。
Aimed at the operation of catalytic C8 aromatics isomerization, the catalyst and technics in the integrated aromatics complex were analyzed and discussed as viewed from the catalyst type, the rigorous process conditions, the process parameters optimization and the technical effect. Through the analysis of the relationship of the activity, the selectivity and the stability of the catalyst with the process parameters and the technical application effect, the adjustment direction for the actual operation was further clarified and some energy saving measures were presented.
