摘要
本文简要论述发展循环经济在生产中进行减量化、再利用和资源化的内涵及循环经济发展模式。实施循环经济是节约资源、能源,保护和改善环境,实现社会经济可持续发展的一重要举措,是经济发展的变革和转型。并以包头工业企业为范例,建立可行性的循环经济发展模式。
The connotation of reduction, reuse and recycling and development model of circular economic development are briefly introduced. It emphases that implementation of circular economy is the important measure to save resources and energies and improve environmental protection. It is the transformation of economical development. Taken industrial enterprise of Bao Tou city as an example, it elaborates the feasibility of establishing development model of circular development model.
