The classification of environmental impact assessment of real estate projects are introduced, the negative impacts of waste gas, wastewater, noise and waste solid on environment during construction stage and operation stage are introduced, and the importance of public involvement of real estate projects are put forward. It can provide reference for staff who are engaged in environmental impact assessment of real estate projects.
