摘要
国家助学贷款作为政府对学生的资助方式之一,有利于促进社会公平的实现,有利于提高人力资源素质和节约政府的财政开支。研究助学贷款的理论可以加深对其本质和规律的认识,明确助学贷款的目标和方向,使助学贷款实践更加科学与合理,消除助学贷款的逆向选择与道德风险。
State educational loan,as one of the government ways of supporting students,helps promote the realization of social justice,and is good to the improvement of human resources and saves the government fiscal expenditure.The study of educational loan theory can deepen the understanding of its essence and patterns,clarify the direction and aim of educational loan,thus making educational loan more scientific and fair.
