A Study on Status and Countermeasures of Students Party Branch Building in Universities

近几年,高校学生党员发展数量剧增、年级分布不均衡,党支部的制度建设不够完善,大大增加了高校学生党支部培养党员的强度和难度。要提高党员培养质量,就要积极探索高校学生党支部建设的新举措,加强和改进学生党支部建设、改变党员培养模式、改善学生党员分布,推行高年级优秀学生党员与低年级学生的联系制度、创新党员教育方法、加强党支部管理机制。

In recent years,such factors as the quick growth of student party members,the disproportion of party members in different grades,and the imperfect systems of the party branch have greatly increased the difficulty and strength in the party management.All these call for strengthening and improving the student party branch building,changing the party members training mode and innovating the party members educational methods.
