电渗析处理印刷线路板废水的研究 被引量:13

摘要 用电渗析技术研究了从印刷线路板废水中精制回收Cu2+的效能。试验结果表明,电渗析能有效富集线路板废水中的Cu2+。当电压为15 V,进水Cu2+、CODCr的质量浓度分别为257、507 mg/L时,Cu2+的富集倍数为2.29,淡室出水的Cu2+质量浓度为0.9 mg/L,Cu2+的去除率达99%,对CODCr的去除率达到43%。但电渗析连续运行结果表明,离子交换膜发生膜污染,产生浓差极化,影响Cu2+的富集,使用的膜还有待改进。 The efficiency of electrodialysis technology reclaiming Cu^2+ from PCB wastewater was studied.The results of the test showed that,electrodialysis could enrich Cu^2+ from PCB wastewater effectively,When the voltage was 15 V,the mass concentration of Cu^2+ and CODCr in influent water were 257 and 507 mg/L respective-ly,the concentration factor was 2.29,the mass concentration of Cu^2+ in effluent water was 0.9 mg/L,the removal rate of Cu^2+ and CODCr reached 99% and 43% respectively.However,the results of the continuous operation of electrodialysis indicated that,the phenomenon of ion-exchange membrane fouling and concentration polarization happened,which affected the enrichment of Cu^2+,therefore,the membrane should be improved.
