摘要 在非线性电路中蔡氏电路是迄今为止产生复杂动力学行为的最为有效和较为简单的电路之一。从软件仿真和电路制作两个角度分别对蔡氏电路的特性进行了研究,讨论蔡氏电路的工作原理,分别用PSPICE和MATLAB软件仿真出蔡氏电路的相关特性,并制作出硬件电路,给出观察蔡氏电路周期1、周期2极限环及单涡卷和双涡卷混沌吸引子的实验结果,得出了与理论分析一致的结果。对进一步研究和设计专用混沌集成电路及混沌在保密通信中的应用具有积极的意义。 Chua's circuit is one circuit of which is so far the most effective and relatively simple in the nonlinear circuits.Chua's circuit is studied by the simulation and is produced.The principle of Chua's circuit is discussed and its relevant characteristics are simulated by the PSPICE and the MATLAB software.The physical electronic circuit is produced and the laboratory experimental results of Chua's circuit which comprise period-1 limit cycle,period-2 limit cycle,single-scroll Chua attractor,double-scroll Chua attractor and so on are observed.These experimental results are coincident with the theory results.These administer to the further research and design-specific chaotic integrated circuits and chaotic secure communication.
