The United States is the earliest country to develop entrepreneurship educational in the whole world,and its entrepreneurship＇s educating has already formed a very perfect system.This text,through the analysis to entrepreneurship education in American universities,introduced the main mode and characteristics of its entrepreneurship education and provided certain angle of view and way of thinking for entrepreneurship education of our country universities.
