A Study on the Strategy of Leapfrog Development of Hebei Cultural and Creative Industry

文化创意产业对于提升我省区域产业发展水平,优化产业结构具有重要作用。随着河北省文化产业发展的基础和条件不断完善,环境不断优化,发展文化产业的地缘优势已充分显现。但仍存在发展观念与意识滞后、管理体制不健全、文化消费需求不足、人才缺乏、区域发展不平衡等问题,因此,应通过理顺文化产业管理体制、调整产业结构、弘扬地域特色文化、加强人才培养等多项措施,实现我省文化创意产业跨越式发展。

Cultural and creative industry plays a significant role in developing Hebei＇s regional industry and optimizing the industrial structure.As the continuous improvement of its basis and environment in Hebei cultural industry,the geographic advantage in the industry has fully manifested itself.However,there still exist such problems as the lag of concept,unsoundness of administrative system,deficiency of consumer demand,scarcity of talents,unbalance of regional development,etc.Therefore,to realize the leapfrog development in Hebei cultural and creative industry,various measures should be adopted,including adjusting the administrative system and industrial structure,promoting regional characteristic culture,intensifying the training of talented people,and so forth.
