双马来酰亚胺树脂流变特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 双马来酰亚胺树脂是一类具有双活性端基的树脂,在加热或催化剂作用下可以交联固化,具有良好的耐热性、耐潮湿、耐化学品、耐宇宙射线和优异的机械性能,是一类理想的先进复合材料的基体树脂,已广泛应用于航天航空、机械电子、交通运输等部门。通过差示扫描量热分析和旋转粘度法测定了双马来酰亚胺树脂的固化反应曲线、粘度随温度的变化曲线以及恒温条件下粘度随时间的变化曲线,并采用Daul Arrheninus(双阿罗尼乌斯)经验模型对双马来酰亚胺树脂的流变特性进行了分析。当升温速率为1.5℃/min时树脂从90~170℃有一个较宽的低粘度平台,粘度维持在11.25~59.25 MPa.s范围内。此外,选取了140,150,160及170℃四个温度点,测定了树脂在等温条件下粘度随时间的变化,建立了与实验数据较为相符的化学流变模型。 Bismaleimide resin is one kind of matrix resin which has double reactive groups and can react to cure under heating or catalysis conditions.As a sort of perfect matrix resin for advanced polymeric composite,it has been used in the aerospace,mechano-electron,transportation and other fields owing to its excellent heat resistance,highly resistant to moisture,chemical resistance,radiation resistance and mechanical property.In this work,the DSC curves and the viscosity curves of bismaleimide resin were measured by DSC thermal analysis and rotational viscometer.Rheological behavior of bismaleimide resin was evaluated according the corresponding experimental data under 140,150,160 and 170 ℃ respectively,and established a rheological model with the method of the Daul Arrheninus viscosity formula.The viscosity-temperature curve of the bismaleimide resin shows a low viscosity platform from 90 to 170 ℃ at 1.5 ℃/min hating rate,and its viscosity keeps approximately 11.25~59.25 MPa·s.The result was accordance with that of the experiment.
