摘要
分析和回顾过去近20年我国房地产业的发展状况，分析现阶段房地产业发展的特点，并以此分析规划建筑师在目前和未来几年所面临的挑战。
This paper analyses and whews the developing state of thereal estate of our country in last 20 years, and analyses the characteristic of the real estate in the present stage. Then it mentions the new challenge to the planner and designer of residential district.
