专业化背景下大学新入职教师专业成长探析 被引量:4

An Analysis of New Faculty Members' Professional Advancement against the Background of Professionalization

摘要 本文对大学教师的专业发展进行了分析,指出大学教师专业发展具有双重性。大学教师不仅要关注学科专业能力的提升,更要关注教育教学专业的发展。目前大学教师选聘来源和条件决定了新教师教学专业素养和知识的缺乏,教学专业发展是大学新教师的应然选择。建议从树立全面发展意识、拓展教学督导功能、融入教学科研团队和优化考核机制等方面促进大学新教师的专业成长。 After carrying out an analysis,this article points out that faculty's professional development is of dual nature.Faculty members should attach importance not only to their subject competence development but,more importantly,to their teaching professional development.Current sources and conditions for recruitment lead to lack of teaching professional sophistication and knowledge among new faculty members.Teaching professional development is of crucial importance to new faculty members.It is suggested that new faculty members' professional advancement should be approached from the perspectives of fostering awareness of integrated development,broadening the function of instructional supervision,joining teaching and academic teams,and optimizing evaluation mechanisms.
