引发大学生择业焦虑的影响因素分析

An Analysis of the Influencing Factors of College Students' Career Decision-making Anxiety

择业焦虑是大学生普遍存在的问题,文章在分析择业焦虑产生过程和表现形式的基础上,对大学生择业焦虑产生的内、外刺激源和认知评价等方面的影响因素进行了研究,提出高校应建立以提高大学生职业生涯决策能力为教育目标的职业生涯辅导体系、培养学生用解决问题的方式来处理自我压力的习惯、深入开展学生技能培训等方法来降低或消除择业焦虑。

The college students＇ anxiety of career decision-making is a common problem.This paper,based on the analysis of the process and manifestation of the career decision-making anxiety,studied the impact of three factors of career decision-making anxiety——the internal and external stimuli and the cognitive evaluations,and suggested that university should take actions to resolve or reduce anxiety,such as establishing an education system to improve the students＇ capability for career decision-making,cultivating students＇ ability to release stress through solving the problems,and enhancing the students＇ skills training,etc.
