This paper analyses the reasons and manifestation of the financial risks existing in the different colleges and universities and expounds how to strengthen the avoidance of it from building the harmonious public relations for the different colleges and universities,building clear financial managing relations about power-responsibility,perfecting the internal management in the different colleges and universities,promoting the vacation qualities by strengthening the vocational education.
