The testing and training of Mandarin is an important measure to make the popularization of Mandarin gradually scientific,standardized and institutionalized.Colleges and universities are major executors of this job.Through analyzing the problems in the practice of Mandarin teaching and management,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the scientific management of Mandarin training and testing in colleges and universities.
