摘要
现代远程教育工程在我国《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》中成为六大工程之一,它将成为革新传统教育模式的重要动力。然而,在目前,整体发展环境仍旧不容乐观,社会期望值逐年下降。我们试图在分析其各种原因的基础上,保证远程教学质量,加强远程教学管理。并提出以:"灵活学习"的创新模式来提高社会对远程教育的认可度。
Modern Distance Education Project in becoming one of six major projects of ＂21 st Century Action Plan for Invigorating Education＂ in China; it will become an important innovation in the traditional mode of education power. However, at present, the overall development environment is still not optimistic and social expectations declining. We try to analyze the basis for various reasons, to ensure the quality of distance learning to enhance distance learning management. And proposed： the innovation model of ＂flexible learning＂ to improve the social acceptance of distance education.
