The design of isolation vibration for precision instrument table

防微振在精密仪器工作台的设计中占有重要地位．本文在环境振动实测资料的基础上，进行了某精密仪器工作台的隔振设计，并提出了一些看法，可供工程设计参考．

Vibration isolation plays a very important role in the design of the precision instrument table. Based on the measured data from environment vibration, this paper has presented a design of vibration isolation for a certain precision instrument table and offered some valuable opinions for engineering design in practice.
